Role Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Demand Generation Specialist with expertise in B2B IT services who can help build and nurture our sales funnel through targeted email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM). You will strategically identify, engage, and nurture potential business opportunities within the US market, working closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent pipeline growth and strong market traction.

Key Responsibilities:

Demand Generation: Plan, develop, implement, and optimize targeted email marketing, LinkedIn campaigns, and digital outreach initiatives to generate qualified leads and business opportunities.

Email & LinkedIn Outreach: Craft compelling and personalized messaging to engage prospects, build relationships, and drive lead conversions through email marketing platforms and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Identify high-value target accounts, map key stakeholders, and execute tailored ABM campaigns to penetrate strategic accounts effectively.

Lead Qualification & Nurturing: Engage proactively with leads, qualify opportunities through structured communication, and nurture qualified prospects with targeted content and follow-up strategies.

Sales Funnel Management: Collaborate closely with the sales team to track, manage, and report on pipeline health, campaign effectiveness, and lead conversion rates.

Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify ideal customer profiles, market trends, and opportunities for targeted campaigns.

Performance Metrics: Continuously analyze campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and optimize future outreach efforts based on data-driven results.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: 4-6 years of proven experience as a Demand Generation Specialist or similar role in the B2B IT industry.

US Market Knowledge: Demonstrated success in generating qualified leads specifically targeting the US market within IT services and software solutions domains.

Campaign Expertise: Proven experience creating and executing successful email marketing campaigns, LinkedIn outreach strategies, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, enabling you to craft engaging, persuasive, and professional outreach messages.

Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho), email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Marketo, HubSpot), and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Analytics & Metrics: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in measuring campaign effectiveness, interpreting engagement metrics, and optimizing campaigns accordingly.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working remotely and effectively collaborating with distributed global teams.

Understanding of technology domains such as Generative AI, cloud migration, application development, and product engineering.

Certifications or specialized training in Digital Marketing, Demand Generation, Email Marketing, or Account-Based Marketing.
