Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Frontend Development Engineer to join our dynamic team in Noida. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Java Backend Developers, Project Leads, Product Owners, and Designers to build responsive, intuitive, and high-performing web-based applications utilizing ReactJS.

Key Responsibilities:

Frontend Development: Develop robust, responsive, and interactive web-based applications using ReactJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Collaboration: Work closely and proactively with Backend Developers, Project Leads, Product Owners, and UX/UI Designers to implement seamless integration and deliver outstanding user experiences.

Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable frontend code following best practices and modern coding standards.

Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance across multiple devices and browsers.

Testing & Debugging: Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of frontend components and features.

Documentation: Maintain clear and accurate technical documentation for the frontend codebase and development processes.

Agile Participation: Actively participate in all agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: 4-7 years of professional frontend development experience, with demonstrated expertise in ReactJS.

Technical Skills: Deep understanding of ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Redux (or similar state management), and RESTful APIs.

Responsive Design: Experience building responsive and accessible web applications compatible with multiple browsers and devices.

Tools & Frameworks: Proficiency with version control systems (Git), build tools (Webpack), and frontend testing frameworks/libraries (Jest, React Testing Library).

Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.).

Experience integrating frontend applications with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Familiarity with CI/CD tools and pipelines.

Knowledge of backend technologies, particularly Java/Spring Boot, to facilitate effective collaboration.
