Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and passionate UX/UI Designer to join our collaborative product development team in Noida. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered designs for web and mobile applications. Collaborating closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, Frontend and Backend Engineers, Mobile Developers, and QA specialists, you will shape exceptional user experiences aligned with our client’s vision and user needs.

Key Responsibilities:

User Experience (UX) Design: Conduct user research, create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to clearly define user interactions and product flows.

User Interface (UI) Design: Design visually appealing, responsive, and intuitive interfaces for web and mobile applications that align with brand guidelines and enhance user engagement.

Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, frontend and backend developers, mobile developers (iOS), and QA teams to ensure seamless integration of designs into the development workflow.

Design Iteration: Regularly iterate designs based on user feedback, stakeholder input, usability testing, and analytics to optimize user experiences.

Usability Testing: Plan, conduct, and analyze usability tests, incorporating findings to enhance design decisions and usability.

Design Standards: Maintain and evolve the design system and style guides to ensure consistency across products and platforms.

Agile Participation: Actively engage in agile practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: 4-8 years of professional experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile digital products.

Design Tools: Expertise in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar.

Technical Understanding: Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS) and mobile design (iOS) to facilitate effective collaboration with developers.

Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing successful UX/UI design projects, including wireframes, interactive prototypes, and final designs.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly present design concepts and rationale.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), UX/UI Design, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello).

Experience designing enterprise-level applications and complex user flows.

Skills in graphic design, illustration, and animation for enhanced creative outputs.

Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
